Hello Sharon, I received your package and I love it! I think my friends will like it too. Thank you so much for the book. I will read it and share it with others. It is very important to take action and you have come up with a great concept. You should even try to get bars, clubs, stores and places that sell drinks or even women's stuff to get on the band wagon. You could have an international product. Thanks again! |

"For the longest time I thought I was alone. I didn't know anyone else who had been through what I had up until I stumbled across watchyourdrink.com. I read everything on the site, contacted Ms. Jackson, got her book, and read it all in one sitting. I remember crying when I finished it. I felt inspired. I felt empowered. I no longer felt alone. Since then, I've been spreading the word about PWYD in the hopes of educating others and spreading awareness. The book changed my life and I would advise everyone to read it. Thank you Ms. Jackson!" |

Dear Sharon, Thank you for the chat today, you’ve been of immense help to me in my recovery I can’t tell you. As discussed, I would also like to give something back to other victims who have been through this ordeal, and to the general cause of drink spiking and drug rape. My idea is to produce a book, loosely titled at the moment as ‘Recovering From Drug Rape’ – the idea is that it will be based around my story and experiences of the rape and aftermath, the recovery process etc. This will be backed by sound medical sections on what people should do to try and overcome the various stages of recovery and Rape Trauma Syndrome – I intend to bring onboard a sympathetic psychologist to write-up the medical sections for each chapter – hopefully they will agree to do this for free - I will have to keep on looking until I find someone suitable qualified / experienced in drug rape who will! I have no idea where to start at this early stage, except to, as you suggested, start writing the book. I guess having no experience of writing books, structure, language etc I am finding it a bit daunting (!).I wondered if you know of anyone who can offer me some advice on getting it to the market? I have no funds of my own to support the book, and although I could approach publishers, I want the profits to go towards the ‘cause’, not line the pockets of publishing executives. Is there a way around this? Also, do you know of a good editor who would work for free, or who would wait for payment until so many copies of the book are sold? Any ideas on how to make this vision become a reality would be very gratefully received. Thanks again for being supportive, you are an inspiration to me. Take care & be safe, |

Hi Sharon, Someone I know forwarded me your web site knowing that my 19 year old daughter had been drugged and raped 2 years ago. I just want to thank you for your efforts at bringing attention to these drugs and helping with prevention. 2 years post rape, my daughter is trying to do some of her own work. They believe she was given GHB. She recently spoke at her high school to the senior class. She is the guest speaker at a fundraiser in Minnesota for RAINN. Thanks again for all of your work on the subject of Drink Spiking and Drug-Facilitated Rape. |

| Sharon Jackson’s remarkable recount in "Who’s Watching Your Drink™ reveals the horror of drugs like GHB and how they are used by sexual predators. Sharon is truly an Unstoppable Woman with a story everyone needs to read to protect themselves and to protect the women they love. | ||
